Erika Dry’s unusual and distinctive flavour array makes it a lively base for a beautiful gin gimlet. This lime and sugar mixture will really bring out the botanicals from the gin and create a delicious full-flavoured cocktail.

Instructions

  1. In a shaker with ice, add 22.5ml of simple syrup and 22.5ml of lime juice

  2. Add 60ml of Erika Dry Gin and shake until cold.

  3. Strain your cocktail into a chilled coupe glass

  4. If you’d like you can finish it off with a lime wheel or wedge to garnish.
