Baldoria Orange is the pairing of centuries-old orange wine production and the ethos of vermouth. Georgia is considered the birthplace of orange wine. The tradition of making wine in Georgia dates back to 6000 BC. Ripe white grapes with skins, stalks, and pips sealed in a Qvevri (a large clay amphora). The Qvevri is buried in the earth to stabilize temperature and left to ferment for 5-6 months before bottling.
