Brazil Epris 8 Ans lends itself surprisingly well to the classic whiskey cocktail, the Old Fashioned. Drop a sugar cube into the bottom of a lowball glass and saturate it with Angostura bitters. Muddle it a little before pouring over 50 ml of Brazil Epris 8 Ans, add a couple of ice cubes, and stir well. Finish by expressing a twist of orange peel over the glass - twist it up, and let the zest lightly spray the cocktail. Garnish with a cherry.Back to shop

The West Indies has been producing sugarcane for hundreds of years. Made up of over 7,000 islands and territories stretching from the Florida peninsula of North America down to the northern coast of Venezuela, it is as beautiful as it is diverse. From active volcanoes to limestone islands to palm-fringed white beaches, each land is unique and different, imbued with its own distinct character and charm.
Brazil Epris 8 Ans offers a taste of Latin America. Aged for eight years in bourbon casks, its mixture of molasses and sugarcane bases provides the perfect backdrop for its subtle and intriguing flavour palate. The spicy, woody finish that lingers on the tongue is thanks to its long ageing process, and gives a great counterbalance to the savoury, smoky top notes of the flavour palate.

By offering a selection of unique single-cask rums along with carefully created blends, he hopes to introduce people to the rich universe of craft rums, and discover new terroirs along the way.More on the Brand
